The company was founded by Mr. Ravi Venkatesan, a first-generation entrepreneur and an engineering graduate in Electrical and Electronics Technology from the prestigious Coimbatore Institute of Technology under Madras University. He has over 40 years of experience in various capacities within the power and petroleum industries across India, Bhutan, the Sultanate of Oman, and the United Arab Emirates. Mr. Venkatesan has received training from British, Dutch, Australian, and Canadian consultants, enabling him to understand and implement best practices in engineering, requiring high precision and quality.

Our administration and human resources are managed by Mrs. Shanthi Ravi, who brings extensive experience from working with multinational corporations in the United Arab Emirates.
